Rotary Double Cone Dryers are suitable for drying and mixing powders (raw materials), as well as pharmaceutical, chemical, and food products. They are particularly appropriate for heat-sensitive materials.

The main features of this equipment include:

Made in nominal capacity from 600 to 4000 liters. (60% of the total volume is rechargeable)
Chassis and cover of the machine made of SST-304
All parts in contact with the material are made of SST-316L
All parts in contact with materials with mirror surface smoothness (suitable for pharmaceutical industries)
Has safety guard and induction door sensor to protect the operator against tank rotation
Set the tank stopping point to the desired position. (Especially discharge mode)
All seals of the inlet and outlet valves are made of silicone rubber with pharmaceutical grade
Vacuum pressure capacity up to −800 mbar
Available with or without a vessel heating jacket
Provides full safety for operation in explosion-proof (Ex) conditions
Has validation documents (OQ, IQ, DQ)
